As you read this, I'm probably on a train on my way down to Brighton for a girly weekend with my best friend, and this trip couldn't come at a better time. These past few days I've just been starting to feel back to myself again, back on top of things and heading in a more positive direction. I've banished a little cloud of anger and tension that was hanging over me, and now the sunnier weather and brighter days ahead are keeping me super cheery. How I like to be best! I also think surrounding yourself with great people who make you laugh a lot can do wonders for your soul. This Sunday just gone, in Bath, I turned to James and said 'I don't think I've ever been more happy than I am right now', and at that moment, it was true. I felt so full and joyous, and it was just the balm that my fatigued little head needed at that moment.

I hope you've all had an uplifting week and are looking forward to an adventurous weekend ahead - here's some of my best bits from this week!

The stationary fiend in me was very happy to see Lauren Conrad's 'Ten things every woman should have on her desk'. Is there anything this woman can't do?

I really loved this post about Mindful Chef from Style The Natives - definitely did a little Googling about the brand after that! Whilst they're still relatively new, they definitely look like something I'd be interested in trying out!

How dreamy does this Berlin AirBNB from Design Love Fest look? My head is so full of little European adventures I want J and I to go on! Oh holiday allowance, y u gotta run out so fast?!

Making Anna's healthy chocolate peanut butter balls ASAP. How good do these bad boys look? How much do I need a food processor? Can anyone recommend one?

This post on creating the perfect outdoor space is all kinds of summer dreamy.

Have you been following #BeyonceAlwaysOnBeat? BECAUSE SHE IS DUDES. SHE IS.

Received this dress in the post this week. It's my favourite thing. Anticipate a lot of summer Instagrams of me wearing it.

I will see you on Sunday for May Favourites - HOW is it June next week?!

  1. I love these posts so much - I know, I know, I say it every single time. TRUTH.

That dress looks so cute, and so comfortable! I wish we had that brand here!

I also love ANY sort of home styling posts and that outdoor one had me wishing I had more dollars in the bank to create a nice cosy cushion corner, weep :(
