So I think it's around six weeks this Friday that J, my best friend, her boyfriend and I are all heading off to Barcelona - not that I'm counting or anything (#casual). I am so excited to go exploring Catalunya and a part of Spain I have never been to, so I thought I'd put together a little wishlist dedicated to my upcoming travels. Seeing as we're travelling with hand-luggage only, I've decided to do the whole 'packing smart' thing and go with a capsule wardrobe in mind - multi-use, versatile pieces that follow a colour palette, so they're interchangeable. Plus I'm guessing the order of the day is going to be COOL MY ASS DOWN seeing as we're going in early July. Any tips/recommendations/must-visit ideas, much appreciated guys! Please do comment below!

Clockwise from top left: Jersey A-line dress £55; Felt floppy hat, £28; Le Specs Cat eye sunglasses, £35; Elizabeth and James Cynnie handbag, £250; Striped tunic top, £18; Ruched spot swimsuit, £36; Gold flats, £110; Contrast wrap dress, £295; Woven trousers, £12.99; Chambray shirt (similar), £38.38; 'Nanna' White dropped hem tee, £25; Monocle ring, £65; Rose gold spiked necklace, £95

  1. Hey Tami! I'd say carry multiple swim suits because you're not going to want to leave the beach! Barcelona was life changing!! You'll love it especially this time of the year its so good! :-) Also dresses and trousers just don't go with the vibe unless you're going to some really fancy dinners (just sayin!). :-)

  2. All of the Gaudi buildings, the Parc Guell and the Museo Picasso are absolutely worth seeing! Plus they'll probably be cool! And go shopping in the narrow streets of the Old Town off the Ramblas; really cool stuff to be found. And don't miss the Sephora on the Plaza de Catalunya!!!
